Warranty:

At Gold Rush Plating all our accessories are covered by a standard 3 year warranty. All of our 24kt gold plated products are electronically bonded to the work piece surfaces, meeting and exceeding industry standards. Our finished product has proven durability and excellent resistance to wear. Our warranty covers any problems related to the peeling, flaking or discoloration of any gold product. It does not cover any problems caused from abrasive cleaners, polishes or polishing compounds and or any physical damage to the part. Should you ever have a warranty related issue, Gold Rush Plating will repair or replace, any part covered under warranty, following physical inspection.
By nature, gold does not oxidize or corrode. With proper care, your emblems will last the lifetime of your vehicle. It is recommended to hand wash all gold pieces with gentle soap and water.

Gold Rush Plating guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will gladly provide you with a prompt refund or exchange of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. There are no refunds and exchanges on special ordered items or vehicle items dated before 2006.

If you selected Free Shipping and the return was not due to an error on our part, please note there will be a return shipping charge of $12.95 and a 20% restocking fee.

When you receive your RA#, please write the number clearly on the package. We recommend all packages be returned using a traceable method of delivery. Gold Rush Plating is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise.

Refunds or Exchanges offered for Domestic USA Orders Only. (All sales are final for International orders.)

RMA number is required for all returns and exchanges. Please email and request an RMA number for any returns or exchanges. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

If you are not completely satisfied with your wheel purchase, we will be more than happy to offer a Refund or Exchange. Upon inspection, we will Refund or Exchange the purchase price, minus the cost of Shipping & Handling. Refunds are available within 7 days after you received your item. Wheel returns must be in new re-sellable condition, include all original packaging and any provided accessories. No refunds or exchanges on mounted wheels.
